Schedule your workouts to fit in your busy day!

When I work it just gets way to busy to stop and take care of myself, so what I use is a daily planner that keeps me organized with all aspects of my lifeā€”from projects and work deadlines to grocery lists and social events. I write down my workouts to make sure I have no excuses that I did not have enough time. On Sunday afternoons I'd spend some time scheduling my workouts and meal plan for that busy week ahead.
