Anyone want to LOSE WEIGHT and HAVE FUN at the same time??

Well, it is that time again! I am talking about the 5% FALL Challenge! emoticon There is STILL TIME emoticon to sign up for the challenge as there are about 463 people signed up for different teams and there is still ROOM available for about 550-600 people { I am HOPING I got my numbers right!}. ~The start date of the Fall Challenge is September 24th. emoticon
If you want to join me on my team ~it is the Tiger Monarchs ~although be advised I have not been on to check the update if the team is filled yet or not. emoticon emoticon
The LAST Challenge I was on this year ~2016~ was the Summer Challenge and I KID YOU NOT ~I was LOSING WEIGHT EVERY WEEK emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and within ONE POUND of a healthy BMI before emoticon ...well~ read my 8/15 and 8/19 blogs if you want to know the rest! Anyway, our leader asked us to blog about it so I will tell you a little bit of how it works and WHY it is FUN! emoticon
First, there is JUST SOMETHING about LOSING WEIGHT with a team that makes it MORE INTERESTING and even FUN b/c the people are friends you know and NEW friends you make! My Summer Challenge team ~the Casual Travelers~ had a new person or person[s] in the SPotlight EACH DAY. THIS WAS FUN b/c of THREE REASONS~
First ~ WHO DOES NOT LIKE being IN the Spotlight and have everyone on the team or most people visit your page ,give encouragement , Sparkgoodies ,and great comments to HELP you in your wt.Loss journey?!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Second~ Learning a little about each person was FUN b/c you could find out what each one was interested in and maybe make a new friend or two without having to go directly searching SP. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Third~It made me MORE accountable ~knowing I did not want to let my team down ,so I showed up on SP every day ,got in my workouts {these people are depending on me ~you get points {air miles} emoticon emoticon for fitness tracking,food tracking ,water, etc.and I GREW SOME NEW HABITS like 8 glasses of water intake every day. emoticon emoticon
The teams visit very many exciting places and have links to look at the vistas and they give very good details about the countries . Here are some of the countries we might visit: emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon .
Come join us as we share the journey together! I hope to reach a healthy BMI this time around because I have SP friends and new friends to back me up!What do you have to lose by trying ~maybe a pound or two or a few more ??? emoticon
