Day 8 of 30-day Bodyweight Workout Challenge. I just realized that I don't do 4 HIIT a week but 4 HIIT in 5 days (fifth day is rest day) LOL Oh well, ball is already rolling and so far, I still can do this :D Today's HIIT is 1000 Jump Rope. Compare to previous result on Day 3, my time today is less 4 seconds only. Slightly disappointed but hey, it's a progress and let's hear a big hip hip hooray!
