Well I was all excited to try some light Yoplait Pumpkin Pie yogurt this morning I found at the store yesterday. I really did NOT like it. I'm guessing they put real pumpkin in it (which is a good thing) but it just tastes too squash-y and less pumpkin spice-y. It might be good if it was mixed with something like granola so the pumpkin/squash flavor isn't too overbearing.
On a positive note Pumpkin Spice coffee creamer is delicious!
The yummy part of my breakfast that I loved is similar to my last blog post, and maybe a fail safe because I didn't try to put pumpkin- anything on it. lol Two rice cakes, each spread with a tablespoon of whipped cream cheese (not the light version, with kids I try to get regular things when I can) and a tablespoon of all fruit strawberry jelly. Yum!
Stayed around 245 calories for breakfast, and down around 4 pounds this week. Yay!
Praying for some willpower today, as it's my nephew's birthday party in a couple hours and there will undoubtedly be cake, snacks etc. I won't make it impossible and deprive myself completely, but plan to just have a very small piece for flavor but NOT blow the calories all day. I am dedicating myself to getting serious on the 10 minute exercise challenge this evening when things settle down. I have restarted to day 2 I don't know how many times.... I have done harder than 10 minutes a day in the past, I CAN DO THIS!!! Here's to having a great week!

Yeah, it's a limited edition yogurt as it's getting about that time of year. It was the first I had seen it too. It might start popping up more. 1598 days ago
