11-Sep-2016 Taking 5-Day Break

I decided to take 5 days 'holiday' from the 30-Day Bodyweight Challenge. First of all, today is my first period day and with the cramps and feeling too bloody, I usually take 3 days off from exercise. Secondly, tomorrow will be Eid Adha (one of celebrations in Islam and the peak of Hajj) so today until Wednesday, there will be full steam ahead activities such as preparing meals, house cleaning, helping out at our Masjid to distribute sacrificial meat, etc. I may able to squeeze some exercises but at the risk of skipping days in the challenge schedule, I better do ad-hoc instead of the planned workouts. Last but not least, I had terrible headache, perhaps migraine, today. Felt like my head is split open and my brain get boiled. The aftermath usually unpredictable - either no effect on next day or I will still be suffering, depends on how hot the weather, what I eat/drink, what smell I will encounter and intensity of activities. Actually, this is the main reason why I made the decision to have 5 days break :D See you again, Mr Challenge, on Thursday 16th!
