Ugh my lack of motivation is really bumming me out!!! I can't seem to get back to moving again. I can't seem to put my finger on it as to why. I know what to do, I just don't seem to do it. I'm not trying to get fit for vain reasons but to stay on a healthy track. I start the day out great doing all the right things food wise but come evenings I totally blow it. So much so I say screw it and keep on snacking. So far I have not tipped the scale bad 153 as of this am but if I don't get a handle on it well I know it will only get worse. Ugh.... Just need to vent maybe it will help to get out of the slump I'm in. I know I can do this, I just need to find my way back.

    Maybe eat less during the day and leave more calories open for your evening snacking. Do healthier snacks as well like fruit, veggies, nuts, popcorn with light butter, or dark chocolate! You can do it! A buddy to go thru it with you might help too.
