Ugh my lack of motivation is really bumming me out!!!
I can't seem to get back to moving again. I can't seem to put my finger on it as to why.
I know what to do, I just don't seem to do it.
I'm not trying to get fit for vain reasons but to stay on a healthy track.
I start the day out great doing all the right things food wise but come evenings I totally blow it. So much so I say screw it and keep on snacking. So far I have not tipped the scale bad 153 as of this am but if I don't get a handle on it well I know it will only get worse.
Just need to vent maybe it will help to get out of the slump I'm in.
I know I can do this, I just need to find my way back.
