My goals are to feel healthier, decrease my daily blood sugars to within normal range, have more energy. I want to be able to be active with my family and grandchildren. I want to feel good about ME! I want to prevent the long term complications of Diabetes that I see so many struggle with as a nurse and family member.
Recently had a minor heart attack and trying to learn to do things differently. Eat heart healthy, increase activity and manage stress in a more positive way.
