Fall 5% challenge commitment

It's been suggested that this may help so here we go:
- on at least five evenings, I'll pre plan my meals for the next day.
- six days a week, I'll ensure I track ALL my meals/snacks and stay within my Sparkpeople advised ranges.
- seven days, I'll aim for 64 ounces of water.
- seven days, I'll aim for 5 freggies (2 fruit/3 veggies).
- Schedule all my workouts a minimum of a week in advance.
- practice yoga twice a week.
- ST workout, like BodyPump, twice a week.
- run 3x a week.
Log 150 miles between September 22 and December 22
I have a bag packed for every type of workout so the the only difficult part will be following my plan and not getting distracted by electronics or laziness.
