BLC Week 2 Day 2

So far so good. I spent 2 hours today weed eating before it started raining.
Today I did a beginner plank for 30 seconds and then an intermediate plank for 27 seconds for my
I walked for 4.1 miles on the treadmill this afternoon and walked a total of 18,000 steps for the day. I also did an arm workout with dumb bells on SparkTV.
Working hard to eat healthy but slow and steady will win the race.
This is a picture from one of our events at 7C's Winery. This is just one of 3 tents that we have up. Just wanted to give you an idea how large my yard is and this is east side and the biggest area. I still have to finish mowing and weed eat but then I get to start over again. LOL
