Day 9 of sweet tooth challenge

Here's my journal entry for day 9 of my challenge.
I'm doing good with no sweets. Haven't consumed any additional sugar outside my serving of fruit today, which I had in a smoothie. Love my smoothies. I find that if I stay away from the places that trigger my sweet cravings then I have no issues. Out of sight, out of mind. I stay far away from the bakery at the grocery store. I don't even check my Starbucks app because I don't wanna be tempted by all the Pumpkin flavored treats they have this time of year that I know they are advertising big time in the app!
Staying focused the best I can.
Also a blessing in disguise is that work cut my hours, again, but I was expecting it. Will be back to doing two a day gym sessions.
