Feels like Fall

So I've been dropping the ball lately in so many ways. I haven't been staying on track with my eating and moving. I have not been productive in so many ways. I started back in old ways of binge eating at night and now it shows.
I gained 15 pounds when 2 months ago I was only 8 to 10 pounds away from my goal. I stopped keeping track, stopped making my self accountable.
My grandkids had been here all summer so I let my self have alot of things I hadn't had in years. I had worked hard to get my A1C down to 4.8 and with good eating for years helped my Cancer become steady.
I'm now off my chemo and my numbers are still great but if I continue to keep with the bad habits I know I risk the danger of going backwards.
So I'm working on getting back all my good habits. Tracking my food, eating clean again and actually going to the gym.
For 2 days I have done well, I plan on staying on this road. I have learned from my mistake of thinking I could just throw caution to the wind so to speak.
Remember it's never to late to learn, it's never to late to fix what's we may feel is broken.
Yha I feel off track but I'm willing to get back on the road.
