Mondays....not so manic

So Mondays I think even though I'm a stay at home mom who follows the same routine everyday, is still my hardest day. I don't understand why. I mean yes Sunday is my free day, no exercise, no diet plan...just freedom to live life without any plans day. Then Monday rolls around and I lose motivation to continue. Not so much with the diet plan, but definitely with the exercise. Exercise seems so excruciating...day in and day out one plan eight after another in a steady stream. Then you add sleep training, potty training, socializing your 18 month old and it all seems like that should be enough to make the weight just melt off. Alot of people ask how you control cravings and reduce your calories...I say have an 18 month old. Much like sleeping when your newborn sleeps...you eat when your toddler eats...my toddler has a very hard time sitting for a full course meal. So he snacks small things all day long!!! Because I feel like I can't eat all day long sometimes if I weren't logging my calories I feel I'd forget to eat altogether. Then when I do eat it is quite mindless most of the time. I find making a conscious choice to eat regular and healthy is what curbs everything. Anyway...thank goodness Monday is over Tuesday is about to begin and today was (although not my best) still a win!!!
