WK.2 FALL Challenge~2.6 lbs.LOST in 2days??? What IS this ??Sugar Detox/Clean Eats!

Well, it was a Friends of The Library book Sale that brought me to buy a book from Prevention magazine editors called Flat Belly Diet. I thought ,well, I'll READ it,but I do not know if it is for me.
To start with you start CLEAN EATING for 4 days called the Four Day Anti Bloat Diet.
Foods include:skim milk {lactose free}, frozen blueberries or strawberries or peaches,green beans, red potatoes, carrots, brown rice,etc.
Now ,I am NOT FOR DIETS nor DIETING! But I was intrigued to see IF I could DO IT. Most of the stuff they have you eat is normal food~RIce Krispies or Unsweetened Cornflakes for breakfast ,tuna or organic deli turkey {I know, still processed food!} for lunch, a snack fruit smoothie and some chicken or turkey for dinner. There are other items that go with all of this. I have not got to put it in my trackers yet as it takes way longer than I thought ~though i am going to try!
So, that is why I have not been on SP for the past few days, trying to get adjusted to this and getting to bed earlier each night and that's why Tiger Monarchs~ I tallied everything last night for the week! [I usually do all my info for each day on the Challenges that same day.] I am HAPPY to say that now Autumn is here ,I am sleeping LONGER and BETTER !!!~COOLER Nights help the hot flashes!!!
The next step after the next two days on this diet, is the 28 day Flat Belly Diet of which I am preparing for by going to the store to buy the foods. Now,WHY would I want to do this?
I HAVE lost the weight before ,but NOT the BELLY FAT. I figured you have to do 1000 crunches all the time and I am NOT good with doing Core workouts like that. And it is hereditary in MY family.Everyone has belly fat. So, I am READY for a CHANGE and am willing to try it out.
I do have to say that I was not hungry while doing this,and surprised by what they have you eat that filled me up.I knew my body WOULD LOSE some weight {as I do not eat clean very much!} . The FIRST day~ TWO POUNDS! emoticon The second day ~.6 of a pound ! I am on the third day right now.I did do ALOT of exercise yesterday~put in a butterfly garden after my DH prepared the area. That is FUN for me. choosing the flowers and plants for our mini hillside and then arranging them in the soil. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
There is MORE info with this diet like the MUFAs {Mono Unsaturated Fat Acid} that you eat with each meal~i.e. sunflower seeds or flaxseed .There are 400 calories per meal or snack.~It is 3 meals a day plus a snack. Most people have lost an average of 7 pounds in the 32 days.
