Weight and measurement #2 :-)

Don't really if know if I want to post this on here, but I need something to keep me accountable and this is awfully embarrassing. So here it goes...
This is not my first month results but my second month results plus how much I have gained or lost since the beginning of my journey. The only thing that will not be from August is the BCM results (body composition monitor). As I just recently obtained that. :-)
BCM results (for two weeks)
Weight : 238.0 loss of 12 lbs (total)
Bmi. : 36.1% loss of .9%
Fat % : 45.5% loss of 1.5%
TBW (Total Body Water): 38.1% gain 1.1
KCAL (not quite sure what this is): 2344 down 63
Bone (not sure about this one either): 8.8 same as when I started
Muscle: 30.5% up .5%
Chest: 42.75" gain of .75"
2" above belly button: 41.25" loss of 1.5"
Belly button: 44.75" loss of 1.75"
2" below belly button: 48.75" loss of .25"
Hips: 47" loss of 1"
Arms: 14" loss of .75"
Thighs: 27" loss of 1"
Calves: 16" loss of .5"
This doesn't seem like much when I look in the mirror...and to be honest when I put my jeans on. I am so fat and uncomfortable in jeans I hardly ever wear them so I always wear yoga pants. I refuse to buy larger sizes. But now my Jeana are starting to fit. Comfortably and I don't like to wear the yoga pants as much. My body feels firmer. And I have lost a total of 12 lbs and 4.25" (counting 5.50" in losses and 1.25" in gains). I feel this is pretty huge for someone who has PCOS and not a lot of umph!!! If I can do it you can do it. Baby steps. :-)
