I have been increasing my level higher on the elliptical and bike. I try to vary my routine. I also try to do more reps on the weight machines and as I feel comfortable I increase the weight.

I haven't lost any weight but I can tell that my muscle tone is better and I am stronger.

    have you tried the plateau busting challenge? it has helped me twice now this time I have become leader too, you will find the team on my page, it is a 30 day challenge as we all know by now there are no quick fixes

    You are probably building muscle is why it's not showing up on the scales.
