Got a new scale. The old one kept popping up an error code and from one minute to the next the weight changed. So I bought a new one. But here are the results: Old scale: Weight: 236.2 loss of 1.8lbs Bmi: 35.8% down .3% Fat: 45.2% down .4% TBW: 38.3% up .2% Kcal: 2324 down 20 Bone: 8.8% same Muscle: 30.5% same New scale: Weight: 238.2 BMI: 36.5% hr=24.9% Fat: 51.0% hr=36% Muscle: 32.8% Good Water: 35.6% hr=45% Protein: 16% Good Viseral Fat: 23 hr=10 Bone: 2.9% Good BmR: 1514 Fitness Age: 39 Hr= healthy range :-)

    and remember that the new scale would have started 2 pounds higher too so your actual total loss is surely that same. So grateful that your mama taught you that egg basket policy :) because we can easily get discouraged and frustrated.
    Just remember - you really are in the right direction!!!!

    I compared the old scale from the weigh in last week...and the new scale starting fresh😎 I don't just use the scale I use many ways to see my results😀 mama always said not to put all your eggs in one basket

    emoticon Can't really compare the 2, since you know the Old One was having Issues. Keep focusing on all the Non Scale Victories you're seeing.
