Oct 2016: Back Sparking: Week 1 review and Week 2 goals

Getting back on the "Sparking wagon" was not as difficult as I had expected. Weighing and logging everything is not difficult, although I am cooking separate meals which is a bit of a schlep. Week 1 hurdles: I found tracking easy....until I got home in the afternoons. And then all resistance crumbled. I Stayed on track with food choices but not quantities. Didn't weigh and track pm food! Tiredness is not an excuse. Next week: ● Be prepared for PM tiredness/loss of control. Prep a meal that will be ready and waiting. Something easy....oats maybe? ● Track every morsel! ●Try to maintain a 900 cal deficit Otherwise...a good job of week 1...good food choices and exercising, and I lost 0,5kg, despite overeating in the afternoons. A good start! My doggy exercise team. 😊
