100 days of exercise day 88 and 89

Wednesday I did not feel good at all so my exercise was going up and down the stairs for 10 minutes. I was multi tasking because I had a bunch of stuff that needed to be taken upstairs. I also did 10 minutes of bedtime stretching.
Today I rode the bike for 30 minutes this morning and then worked out with my trainer for 1 hour this afternoon.
