hello again

I am the worst blogger. I don't keep up with it. I think if I track more and then blog more I would probably see greater success. I have been gaining and losing the same 3-5 pounds since March. I was on a highly restrictive diet that I was successful at, but it was costing me major body parts, so had to stop. I am still active in a different class, which I can heartily say I have learned a great deal about myself sitting in the discussions. I am not losing much, because I tend to lose my focus. I have three jobs and a family, and keeping all the plates spinning in the air takes up alot of my brain space. Thinking about tracking and food and activity is that much more. I am working on a schedule that I think I can get behind with my tracking and with my exercise. I want to get off medications for diabetes, high bp, cholesterol, so that is my current goal with weight loss. I am sticking little stickies on mirrors, my computer, and so on stating "want to get off meds" to reiterate to myself to stick to my program.
