I love living life to the fullest- though I am hard working, i tend to put the needs of others first and what I need last. This is me being a little selfish and taking some of my day to focus on me. Whether it be me leaving with the dog in the evening to clear my head on a long walk or spending a few minutes in the day writing a blog entry- I plan to put this first.
I have been here a number of times, starting over at starting over - almost feeling like i was defeated before I actually got into the challenge. I leave feeling discouraged and very hard on myself.
I like most people on this page have struggled with weight issues throughout my entire life. I am a chronic yo-yo dieter- and i dont even want to admit how many weight loss products, programs or subscriptions i have purchased trying to find the MIRACLE that will melt all my weight away. Deep down, i do know that it takes a lot of hard work, and sweat to do it.
So here goes the next challenge- get myself off the couch, moving for 30 mins a day- while eating healthy.... doesnt that sound easy?
here i go to succeed with my first 10lbs!!
