I am so shocked by this month's results. I am proud to say that I think I'm doing it right this time!!! I was down for 2 weeks one for my son and another for the flu. Then this past week I got back on it and got back in the game. And I'm glad I did. Two weeks didn't ruin it for 2 months or two years this time and I'm so proud to say that!!! So without more rambling here are the results:
Weigh-in
236.4 lbs loss of 1.8lbs
36.2 BMI loss of .3%
51.4 body fat loss of .4%
32.6 muscle loss of .2% (little disappointed by this one. But I am getting my weight bench Monday so I hope to see a change in that here soon.)
35.3 water loss of .3%
16.1 protein gain of .1% :-)
23 Viseral Fat = same
2.9 bone = same
1495 BmR
39 fitness age and I'm 32. Not horrible but could be and will be better.
Over all in my on scale victories, I have lost a total of 13.6 lbs. 0.8% bmi and gained 2.6% muscle!!!
Now for the best part my off scale victories:
Measurements:
Neck 14.5 loss of .5 in
Chest 40.5 loss of 2.25 in
2 in above belly button 38.5 loss of 2.75
Belly button 43 in loss of 1.75 in
2 in below belly button 48 loss of .75
Hips 46 loss of 1 in
Right thigh 26 loss of 1 in
Left thigh 25.5 loss of 1.5 in
Right calf 16 same
Left calf 16 loss of .5 in
Right arm 13 loss of 1 in
Left arm 13.5 loss of 1.25 in
For a total of 13.25inches!!!
So in conclusion since I have started this journey in august of 2016 I have lost 13.6 lbs and since 9/25/16 I have lost a total of 19.25 inches.
My son when he was born weighed 7 lbs and was 20 inches long. I have lost almost double his weight and almost his while body length in inches!!!!
That's why you shouldn't keep all your eggs in one basket. The scale doesn't seem like a lot. At least not to me. Not for doing it for 3 months but the inches my body has lost is telling me I am doing an outstanding job!!!!
Thank you all for your support and kindness it means so much to know I have people going through this journey with me
