Steps to success

That's part of my focus today. What do I need to have in place to be successful and intentional on this course. A daily list would be handy for awhile. Maybe post it on my bedroom wall for when I'm home and then set a reminder in my phone to read it every morning when I'm on my phone? Maybe .... I am going to set my FitBit again to give me an alarm every hour or two to get up and move around. Let's see ... take my vitamins, meds daily, drinking water and tracking food. I think those will be my list for right now. I can do that!
