I am thankful for many things today. I am thankful that I have been tracking my food intake all week. I am thankful that I have reached 10,000 steps every day. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends when I haven't felt good.I am thankful for a great job that I love to go to. I am thankful for my Girl Scout community of women who support each other. I'm thankful for my church family. Today may not have been my best food day, I may not have felt very well, I may have had to push myself to get through my workday, I may not of been happy to when I woke up to this morning to the news, but I am still grateful for all that I have. And lastly I am thankful for spark people it is keeping me on task, on point, and helping me reach my goals
