How totally weird

Saturday, November 12, 2016

Today I did my usual walk from breakfast at our favorite saturday breakfast reyaurant. It's 3 and 1/2 miles from there to my house and I do it almost every Saturday. But my fitbit ran out of batteries and i forgot to war my backup pedometer. Bit I don't really know how many steps I have. I still did a ton of walking so 1 plus

I spent time with my adorable grandkids. Great family time 1 plus

I'm going to a birthday dinner for my friend Leni who is turning 60 so my calories will probaly be shot for the day 1 minus

Do you know vaguely how many steps you get to a mile? You could always figure it out that way.

Steps aren;t the end all, but we do like to know don't we. I have two fit bits, Ok i bought one and then was given one. every 4 or 5 days I swap them out to let the other charge.

I was thinking the other day about how muc) longer my Fitbit was going to,hang in there and if I would get another one. I just can't imagine not knowing if I am making my daily step goals. It is a motivator for me!

You have created a great habit!! I have become so use to having my fitbit and knowing exact numbers it bugs me not knowing, even when I know I moving! So glad you enjoyed your day!!

Reminds me that I must get something to replace my lost SPAT

Keep the + greater than the - and you will be fine

Look at a similar day on your Fitbit log, and use those steps for your daily log reports. Otherwise, who cares! You know you had a good exercise day... enough to offset a few mouthfuls of birthday cake. :)
