Food Tracking MAKES A DIFFERENCE! 331 DAYS = 2.4 pounds AWAY from a Normal BMI!!!

Food tracking is always been a strength for me! Whether 331 DAYS on SParkpeople {my record combined with 32 days on the Flat Belly Diet {there is a place in the book to record your food intake and journaling }, it shows me MY NUTRITION ~and what I am doing in each category ~whether too many sweets or too much or too little fiber,salt,water,etc.
I wish I had this tool YEARS ago ,but am HAPPY to have it now and I am SO HAPPY to report 2.4 POUNDS AWAY from a normal BMI~Body Mass Index!!!
