Hi everyone my name is Christy I have a beautiful 10 month old baby girl she keeps me moving all day. I'm starting this journey I'll call it I don't like saying diet it sounds so blah and boring . Currently I'm doing a certent amount of calories and working out everyday. Trying to drink more watarr my down fall is soda though I have to say I haven't had a soda in a week so I'm doing good on that part. Next I'm working on getting motivated to get up and workout but I push my self and I always get confused on if I'm eatting to much or not enough calories to lose weight so with this app. I'm hoping to see results and to learn new information GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND HAVR A GOOD DAY!!!
