16 days in and still going strong

Day 16. Only lost an additional pound, but HEY, that is a pound. I have started walking. Shared so photos of the "real" me, fat and all.

I feel good inside. I think the walking and keeping up tracking everything has really motivated me this time. I could possibly meet my goal this time.
