Where I'm At...

Off track again and getting back into the swing of things. Focusing on cooking meals at home and trying new foods. I stopped going to the gym every Monday (it's probably been two months) and I need to getting back to that. Next week is Thanksgiving....I plan on cooking some stuff at home. I'd like to smoke a turkey breast and I'm seeing if I can borrow a smoker from a friend. Work is busy but slowing down, in terms of travel, with the holidays and winter coming up. Not much else going on. Need to make eating healthy/exercising a priority again!
