Good question, Christine! What is my plan to finish 2016 strong?

My main plan is to stay on track and ensure that depression doesn't overtake me. This time of year is traditionally difficult for me. I need to acknowledge that and keep up with my healthy habits in spite of it all. Specifically, that means:

Stay within calorie range.
Eat at least 8 servings of vegetables/fruits each day.
Meet my daily minimum step goal.
Keep my work week under 50 hours.

How does that sound?
