Up a little. Down a little. Repeat

I'm within 2 pounds of my goal weight, although I would like to get down 7 pounds. But these last few weeks I have slacked off on tracking every single thing. So, I'm up a few ounces. Then I'm down a few ounces. My progress is still down. It's just been very slow. My own fault. Vacation. Holidays. Still my own fault. I need to faithfully track every meal again. So, I will. Starting today.
