What's been up?

Last week when I went to my meeting I knew I didn't want to see the number on the scale. I asked the weigher to turn the digital read out away from my line of sight and asked her to affix the "readout" in my book and not say anything. I've been struggling and didn't want to add to the pain I had already inflicted on myself. She nodded and then I sat down with my buddies, ate my cottage cheese/berry mix and took out my knitting.
One of my buddies, who's lost over 100 lbs comments that she's petrified of gaining weight during the holiday season. I suggested that instead of focusing on the month, just focus on the next 30 minutes and not worry about end end of the month. When I left the meeting I decided to take my own advice. I dd not do a scale check this week, just prepped my meals, did my workouts and thought about my decisions before I made them.
Today, I went back to the scale, turned it away again and asked the weigher to just tell me the differential and give me the book without showing me my current weight. After I stood on it, she looked at me and said what have you been doing with a smile on her face. I asked for the differential and she turned and said "you're down 7.2 lbs". I didn't expect to lose that much - which is why I didn't scale check at home since my scale at home is not in synch. I used about 1/4 of my WPs and ate pretty clean. I had steak twice, pork once, chicken multiple times and lots of veggies and salads. I worked out 6 days this week also, mostly running. At no point was a I hungry or feeling deprived. I had my oatmeal breakfasts and used my air fryer a lot, for "fried chicken" and "fried brussels sprouts".
So, what's on this coming week's agenda?
More of the same. My dinner tonight has been marinating since 7AM. I got chicken tenderloins on sale, so that will be my lunches this week, along with sushi for lunch tomorrow and Monday with avocado. I found purple brussels sprouts in addition to green ones on the stalk so they'll go in the air fryer also. I'll have a pork chop later in the week so the week will essentially be very similar to this past weeks.
Other than that, I finished my "Rhinebeck poncho" and made a cabled headband to match. I also finished boot toppers and socks for my nieces as part of their Hanukkah presents. I'm also working on new projects for me, a long cardigan and socks also.
That's it for me, time to get outdoors for some shopping!
