Almond flour corn bread....

Yes! I substituted almond flour for the wheat flour used in a recipe for corn bread. My Charlie and I could taste no difference using the almond flour in place of wheat flour and the corn bread browned up on the top just as pretty as could be. I used coconut oil to grease the pan to keep the bread from sticking.... and olive oil as the tablespoon of oil which was called for in the recipe.

I am doing well and on plan... I continue daily to use the tools I've learned to keep on track and not use food to cope with emotions. Learning to think like a thin person...
