I am reassessing my goals and creating short term goals to achieve my long term goals.
Long term goal: Lose 20 pounds by March 15
Short term goals:
Track food every day
Eat 1550 calories each day (lenience for special occasions, Christmas, Birthdays, etc., because--life :) )
Workout 4 times per week at the gym with at least 20 minutes of cardio per session
Remain positive, this will work, just may take time, weight-loss is not perfect, as is life
Weigh once a week on Sunday and reaffirm goals
Remind myself, I CAN do this!
