Finished the first "new member" challenge

and I'm going to repeat it because it helped to keep me honest and on track. I set a small, achievable goal 3# and met it. I want to be sure to keep this up over the holidays. Too easy to slide backwards.

Since I don't sweat and I run low sodium I have to be very careful about consuming water. That's making drinking 8-8's difficult. I can make 6 most days but after that it's daunting.

Found a great alternative workout option here for those of us with health issues that keep us from many of the routinely suggested options. Very excited to start to try them out.

And today's project. Getting ready for unexpected company Christmas Eve. We'll enjoy but that means kicking myself into higher gear NOW. Wish me luck.
