Making a list and checking it twice...

emoticon there is a start date for the Winter 5% challenge and I am making my list and doing the countdown dance! It is an exciting time, a new year, new challenge and new goals! Like most people, I probably celebrated the holiday season a little too much and overindulged too frequently, but my story doesn't end there! I am packing my bags, getting my flight plans and ready to exercise to move my teddy bears to exciting new winter adventures as we get healthy together!

Check List:

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? emoticon New workout clothes for Christmas and I am ready to put them to use!

What is your exercise plan?
12,000 steps per day
60 minutes of cardio 5 days/week
Strength training 4 days/week
brisk walk on 2 rest days
