Bonus Core de Force workout

This morning I did the bonus workout that came with my Core de Force program: MMA Mashup. It's a 27 minute routine, 6 rounds. It's a combination of the program's trainers' favorite moves from all the different routines. It was a lot of fun!

You're allowed to sub it for a couple of the other routines in the later weeks of the program, but I didn't do that. I should have! I'll do it in my next round. I can see myself using this one again and again!

This program just keeps surprising and delighting me. I sent off for my free t-shirt this morning, too! Woohoo!
