Health and Fitness Goals for January

I've mentioned this in a few groups, but I kind of let exercise and eating goals slip in December. It means I've lost some ground, but I also meant I didn't stress out during what was already a stressful month, so I'm okay with that.
It's now January, however, and it's time to reboot things!
My first step toward my rebooted weight goal is for lose 20 pounds by June 1st. To get there, I'm going to have to reform some good habits. I'm going to try and be smart about this, since I want it to be sustainable.
So, first things first, goals for January:
1) Track Regularly: I used (years ago) be really good about tracking my calorie intake. It helped, but I fell out of the habit. I'm going to start doing that again. I'm also going to be weighing daily, even though that can be a frustrating experience. I want to see the trend more than I want to see the individual numbers, though. I bought myself a cool new scale to help with this, so hopefully the new toy aspect will make it easier.
2) Exercise Regularly: This means my three times per week walk/run that I'm going to be building back up.
3) Track Smarter: I love reports and tracking tools and toys, but once you have too many, all the record keeping becomes onerous, which adds resistance to the task. I have so many of these things that I really need to pick one tool per task, and let the others lie, unless I can set-up auto-cross posting.
Calories: I'll be doing it over at MFP, because I like their system and database the best of all my tools.
Exercise: FitBit, because I wear a Surge and it's fairly automatic. I wish it would import into SP as more than just general exercise minutes, but I'm good with that.
Sleep: FitBit again, for the same reasons.
Weight: TrendWeight (via FitBit), to get the nice trend graph.
I think that's about it for the fitness and health things for January. Right now, I just want to get the tools and systems in place. Of course, in the past I've noticed that as soon as I begin tracking a behaviour I want to improve it, so I might make progress just through that inclination, but for now I just want to get the basic habits down.
Next month I make a deliberate push on the food front.
