I LOVE bacon! now it is out there....it isn't a secret, has never been really. I could eat it 3 times a day and mixed in to almost anything. I started the low carb high fat diet a year and a half ago. I could have bacon often....not as often as i would have liked. About 7-8 months into this way of eating I stalled. (Holidays) I never really recovered and never started losing like I did before. I went back to eating less than 20 carbs a day and exercising. Nothing. I exercised more....nothing, I ate less...nothing. Soooooooo I am wondering if low carb/low calorie is a thing. Can it work......long term I mean. Can I have bacon?...butter? Hmmmmm?
