Cold early morning walk.

Wednesday, January 04, 2017

So today I got back on the trail. Walking a couple miles in the morning clears my head. Today it was a cold 21 degrees so I am not sure if the tingling in the arms and legs is frostbite or excitement. emoticon Either way I made it and I feel better to be getting back to my schedule. Seems to me that being active make it easier to walk away from those evil little imps sugar and starch. They have not left me despite my demanding they do so. I have stayed strong so hopefully those craving will go soon. Happy day to all! emoticon

Nice! I don't mind a brisk walk, but, when there's precipitation of any sort... or, you know, sunlight. lol.

Expecting some snow here overnight or tomorrow, I think (I'm also in Missouri). Luckily, I have a treadmill.
Wait, you're from oklahoma? lol, good to know... I typically get my weather warnings from a friend near Tulsa, because most everything y'all get, ends up here the following day. ;)

Nice job! It was really cold here in mid-Mo. I am grateful for our local rec center, because i don't believe i would have handled the cold as well as you.
