January - A Month Devoted to Progress

This month I will be doing a 3 wk challenge my dil is hosting. It's a commitment to proper eating and exercise. This particular challenge will be 21 days starting Monday, Jan 9. The idea is to get moving and to eat healthy.

I like the timing. I will be country dancing so there is time to learn the moves and routines before the actual challenge begins

In the meanwhile there is time for reflection. What worked last year? What didn't? Were there new trigger points? It was an unusual year. Dh was often away, so did I eat out of boredom? There was loss of my brother. I know I ate out of emotion (an entire box of cream puffs for starters). When did I eat healthiest? The answer to that is when I was on one of dil's challenges.
