I am grateful for a good night's sleep. I have a terrible time getting a good night's sleep. I fall asleep okay but I always wake up at least once every night and sometimes I can't fall back to sleep no matter how many tips I try from chamomile tea to melatonin. Nothing works! Well last night I had a great night's sleep and it changes my whole demeanor. I am so grateful when that happens.
