I hate goals. I always resisted making them when I was working. Maybe I carried them around in my head without verbalizing them, but that's it. And of course, if you never verbalize them...its pretty hard to achieve them. Right?
So I'll force myself and throw a couple out there.

1. Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
I just realized that I have IBS (at the very least). And one of the things you should do for that is drink a lot of water. It has many uses and one of them is to encourage "stuff" to move through the GI tract.

2.Track at least 4 days per week.
This sounds very basic and I've been tracking. Sort of. I might track breakfast and lunch. Well...there's alot of food that goes into me in the hours after lunch.

3. Do one of my exercise videos at least 5 days per week.
This one is something that I did do last year, but sometime in Nov. I started slacking off and went down to only once a week, if that.

So that's enough. For a person who hates setting goals I think 3 is plenty to worry about.

Three goal to focus on are great a start Pat. To many goals can be overwhelming and then you give up. emoticon emoticon emoticon
