Sunday: Weigh in post (set up your winter challenge weigh in post, no weight necessary yet)
Monday: Spark Page Setup and ready for team interactions
Tuesday: Exercise and Nutrition goals posted on your Spark page
I will walk briskly, 12,000 steps every day during the challenge at least
I will eat 5 freggies, only healthy fats, and complex carbs every day
Wednesday: Post at least two motivational quotes on your Spark page
Never let the bozos get you down!
Pizza, cake, and ice cream are no reason to give up the fight! Just move on!
Thursday: Plan your week, do your shopping
Friday: Spark! Send a goodie or encouraging message to a fellow teddy bear. Let's cheer each other on to victory!
Saturday: Gratitude for my Teddy Bears!
