Staples grocery list

As per Thursdays "get started" goal, I made/updated my grocery list for the week. Tomorrow, I hope to shop and do meal prep for the week so I stay on track.
Here's mine(what do you have on yours?)
Staples grocery list:

Unsweetened almond milk
Baby bel cheese
Chicken breasts
Tuna (low sodium packed in H2O)
Brown rice
Salmon filets
Frozen vegetables
Healthy frozen dinners for "emergencies"
Fresh seasonal fruit
Pork loin
Lean ground beef
Greek yogurt plain
Granola bars (nv or kashi)
Baby carrots
Salt free margarine
Low sodium bacon
Bagged salads
Natural almonds
Cottage cheese

    I have so much food in the freezer it's not even funny. I'm shopping minimally and trying to clear out the freezer.

    I have 3 kids and I find it hard and expensive to shop healthy. Either they won't eat the food and I'm cooking double or I'm eating in healthy. How do you manage
