I'm so grateful that I love water. I gave up soda when I was 19, 46 years ago. I've had soda 3-4 times since then but I can say I have stuck to this goal because I love water. I have always preferred water over soda and juice and now that I'm in the throes of maintenance this is one of the things I am most proud.
Spark Coach wants us to identify a goal for 5 or 10 years from now. When I am 75 I'd like to be financially and healthfully fit enough to continue to travel and walk every day and to still maintain my weight goal which is inching over 127 right now and I hope this 5% challenge will enable me to keep it under control.
