New year New me ....Again

Been at this a week...again. But hey if you don't start you will never finish right? First weigh in this morning and up 0.4#. No fair body, I exercised 6 out of 7 days, worked on my food and I'm up??? Will just have to keep working on it I guess.

I can't wait for the weather to break or for me not to be working when the weather is conducive to walking outside. I really enjoy that. For now, searching web for videos to do inside, including Spark videos. There must be one I will enjoy.

I have a big party coming up in November and the perfect never worn little black dress. I picture that dress every time I work out or every time I am tempted to eat the wrong thing and it does help. Now if I could just get hubby on board. Food pusher!! He could stand to lose pounds also for not only looks but worry about his health.

Maybe my success will motivate him??? I sure hope so.
