Progress report

I started working with a personal trainer back in October. Since then, I've almost completely overhauled what I eat. I still love chocolate and donuts so those are here to stay but other things have been removed and added as per her instructions. (I honestly had no idea that cottage cheesecould be so delicious).

I've lost 10 pounds and 8.75".

People are noticing emoticon I feel good about that.
