Today I am abundantly grateful for great technical support. I have blogged before about the great program my company runs regarding fitness which incentivizes us to be active with health dollars that can be used to pay for insurance deductibles and copayments. Well in order to take advantage of this program, I have to have a working pedometer that syncs to the computer.
Last night my beloved Fitbit stopped syncing and nothing I did helped to get it fixed. This morning I called Fitbit support. They answered immediately, asked for my phone number in case we get we get disconnected and helped to get my Fitbit syncing again. There are so few companies that have that level of support these days and it has made me love my Fitbit even more.
