I'm going to try and set some realistic goals this month, and see how I do. I usually am all excited the first few days, then life trips me up. Hoping this time if I blog more it will help me keep the momentum going.
Goals for February are
- Lose 5 pounds ( I think this is very doable)
- Menu Plan - This will stop me from running to the store everyday or worse ordering pizza or chinese.
-Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day
My exercise plan is kickboxing 2 x/ week and I'm also doing a Beach Body program called 21 day fix. I am also going to be running on the treadmill 3x/week.
-Stick to my eating plan. The 21 Day Fix has an eating plan based on color coded containers, but basically I have to eat 5 veggies, 3 fruits, 5 protein, 4 carbs.
- Accountability and support. I belong to a great SparkPeople team called the Determined Under Dawgs. I need to read the thread daily and post daily. Also comment on some of the team members blogs daily. There is so much support in this group it's amazing.
I think all my goals are quite doable.
