Baby Steps

Met with my Curves coach this week and got favorable results! I lost 3 pounds since joining in January and lost 0.5-1" from all areas. I know it may not sound a lot but I was thrilled as the last 2 weeks have been busy and stressful. One of those weeks we had to make an emergency trip out of state, eating on the road and living in motels. I tried to make healthier options but that was not always possible. Then last week I was in classes all week, the first day I tried to take my pre-planned meal but there was no where to keep it and no refrigeration so again, I tried to make the best of my options! I set a goal of 7-8 pounds for Feb, I wanted to make it 10 but she felt that may be too ambitious so we will see, I am still keeping my eye on the 10!
